Business Process Automation (BPA) is based on optimization and continuous improvement of processes, not actions or functions

Processes designed in a BPA can be integrated and work seamlessly with existing enterprise software, such as ERP and WMS, and are often used for modeling and prototyping, thus achieving better automation, flexibility, security and power.

This allows full control of the information generated in the company, facilitating the uniformity and consistency of this information to include:

  1. Structured information. All data created, modified or deleted, not only in the processes but also in the company’s applications: ERP, Legacy, etc. (which have been included in the suite) including data from integration with external devices, from devices used in the company or automatically captured from the Internet.
  2. Unstructured information. All types of documents created, provided by external entities (customers, suppliers, etc.), are archived, as well as all digital content.
  3. Relevant information. Management elements (employees, accounts, projects, etc.) are linked to the other elements as well as to the Processes and documents.
  4. Business rules. Management of strategies, processes and guidelines, both internal to the company and external partners.
  5. Activity information. Information about individuals, groups and roles involved in the execution of workflow processes and tasks (small or unstructured activities), usage times, current and future costs, variances, etc.
  6. Audit and analysis information. Cost and profitability control and instant access to times, reports, Business Intelligence, etc., for each process and combination of processes to be analyzed across the company.

All information is gathered in an integrated platform that offers a complete and unified approach to all management elements, collected from the database or already existing applications, so there is no need for external tools, since the activities performed in the company are interconnected as and with any other information, whether documented or linked to items such as accounts, employees, projects, etc.
In this way, the BPA forms a structured system that acts as a network which, in addition to the implementation of the company activity, allows direct access to all company information, while managing the access rights of each employee.

In order to turn the volume of information into useful and relevant knowledge, it must be structured into controls, views, queries, reports, analyses, etc. Thus, performing all daily tasks with BPA, so that

Each running process records all information generated by activities throughout the flow, including all information manually entered by users, automatically generated by the system, or by integration with other external applications, sensors, and other devices.
Through KPI to record and analyze the performance of the processes so that informed decisions can be made.

Automatically organized, according to a predefined structure, so that the suite’s intelligence tools:
• Business Activity Monitoring,
• Dashboard, BI (Business Intelligence),
• References
To automate the monitoring, control and analysis of corporate events and data. The image below is an outline of the flow of information (Input, Edit and Save and Output) during the task.
